Wow! I didn’t see that snow coming! If it was predicted, I totally missed the forecast! How ironic on the day after we celebrated the resurrection of the Messiah—an event that was clearly predicted, yet still caught everyone by surprise… :)

RECAP:

What a glorious celebration of Jesus we enjoyed yesterday as the church of God! There was such a special spirit present in both services! From the opening line of “Christ the Lord is risen today! Alleluia!” to the closing chorus of “The redeemed will sing forever: Jesus Saves!” the celebration of praise through music was magnificent! And the special music by the quartet of Aaron Weakley, Christal Burrill, David Duley, and Bart Patton—accompanied by Carolyn Palmer—was fabulous!

I was excited to share with our church how the amazing chapter of Luke 24 still impacts our lives today! The love of Jesus moved Him to go to doubting disciples who failed to recognize His presence—yet He revealed Himself through His words, in His Word, and with His Spirit! And He continues to complete His imperfect followers still today! Yesterday’s message can be found on our websiteYouTube channelSpotify podcast, or iTunes podcast.
