Dear Prayer Warriors,

   Thank you for your faithful prayers for those who are in need. This week there are two opportunities we have as a church to put our faith and prayers in action. They are listed below.

Opportunity #1. We have set up Wednesday Evening  Meals for Pastor Caviness. This will help the family as they continue to care for him on a daily basis. Opportunity #2.  Kathy Jansen had foot surgery last week.  Her daughter, Lisa Geritty,  has suggested a card shower to encourage her during this long recovery time.  Her address is: 309 Willow Street, Luray.

Physical Issues:

 Ruth (Sharon Tucker’s aunt) – battling cancer, pray for Salvation


Becky Caviness:  recovering from knee surgery 

Kathy Jansen:  recovering at home from foot surgery

Cheryl Campbell:  ( friend of Janet Turner ) health

Naomi Inskeep family:  ( Ruth Seely’s mother, Ben, Nathan and Christopher’s grandmother ) Grieving the loss of their loved one

Mike Clark and family:  Mike lost his brother in law, Tommy Painter and six days later Lost his Sister Joyce Painter.  Pray for the family as they grieve their loss. 

Beverly Hall:  Beverly fell and broke a rib, she is at home recovering

Carla Plaster and Family:  Carla lost her brother, Paul, in a tragic fire.

Tracey Smith:  relative of Betty Seal, had triple bypass and is recovering

Lewis Jenkins – (grandfather of Michael Jenkins) declining health 

Irene Bradley:  continued prayers for answers for the muscle disease, has an apt. at UVA in Jan.

David Thomas:  brother of John Thomas, undergoing serious health issues 

Jim Keyser:  father of Carol Butler; has health needs and needs assurance of salvation

Peggy Reed:  her cancer has returned and is asking for  prayer

Nikki league:  Niece of Tom League, recovering from cancer surgery

Debbie Allen:  friend of Lisa League, undergoing many health issues and surgeries related to cancer

Sue Riehi family:  ( niece of Julie Ramey) Sue passed away on Jan. 14th

Jerry Henry family:  ( acquaintance of Julie and Kenny Ramey) Jerry passed away on Jan. 15th

Ongoing Health Issues:

 Helen Waters -- health

Don and Wanda Hoak - Health

Fran Granstaff - Health

Ashley Dyke - MS

Betty Burrill - health

Charlotte Wade - Health

 Janet Judd - physical needs

 Myrtle Thompson (retired missionary) – having issues with her leg from a “Baker's Cyst”, desires  good health to keep serving in her church/community
